After lighting the pellets, the oven heats up to 500 °C in less than 10 minutes. The 1 cm thick refractory stone absorbs heat quickly and preserves it for a long time, cooking a pizza to perfection in just 5 minutes. Made of stainless steel, it guarantees strength and longevity to the product and maintains the high temperature inside for a long time. The integrated thermometer on the top of the oven indicates the internal temperature. Pellets can be added at any time via the refill opening on the back. Convenient spatula supplied.
